  • CEO & Co-Founder

    Born in Belgium with Congolese origins, Jacques played college basketball at Winthrop University and in Belgium’s professional 1st and 2nd divisions. He has been invested in African basketball since 2009 and has lived in Senegal, DRC, and Rwanda. He was the African scout for the San Antonio Spurs for three years, has participated in more than 10 BWB in Africa, and was the international scout for OTE (Overtime Elite), where he brought in Alexandre Sarr and Izan Almansa. He is known for having one of the largest networks in Africa and is a recognizable figure as the NBA TV consultant for Canal + Africa.


  • Chairman and Co-Founder

    David is a passionate entrepreneur and investor with 45 years of experience in international companies and organizations. He is the founder of Catalytik Group, which invests in and operates US, European, and East African companies engaged in Sports, Property Development, Distribution, Life Science, and Manufacturing. David is also a partner in multiple VC firms.
